“I have always been interested in painting as a way to express the intensity of human nature; I feel connected to symbolic expressionism.
I’m interested in inner worlds, psychology of color,

 violent gesture, raw expression.
I like working with many layers of meaning, like an “exquisite corpse”.

The oversaturation of layers gives me different meanings.
I feel a fascination with rarefied atmospheres and ghostly characters.
I work quickly and without preliminary sketches;

I’m interested in capturing the instant, the precise gaze, the projection of movement, the initial impulse… the now”
